Birthday Romance for Li Yi Feng of ‘The Lost Tomb’?

Li Yi Feng, star of the much-anticipated new Chinese drama “The Lost Tomb,” was seen in Korea on April 19, which is the birthday of popular Korean actress Lee Da Hae. The sighting left many fans wondering if their relationship is back on. Lately, rumors have been simmering about the two stars getting back together — and for some fans, his trip was all the confirmation needed of the couple reuniting. With Li Yi Feng’s birthday on May 4, fan detectives will have another chance to add to the growing evidence of their alleged coupledom.

In 2011, Li Yi Feng came onto the scene with lead roles in “Sunny Happiness” and the following year’s hit show “Love Actually,” where his romance with co-star Lee Da Hae began. He followed up with the acclaimed historical action drama “Legend of the Ancient Sword” last year. Ever since then, buzz has been surrounding Li Yi Feng, with a recent poll ranking him as the 9th most talked about Chinese celebrity.



Much of the attention can be attributed to his lead role in the “The Lost Tomb,” which is coming to Viki in June and slated to be a tentpole action series with the eventual possibility of a big-budget movie franchise. With press comparing the show to “Indiana Jones” and “Tomb Raider,” the bar has been set high for the actor to deliver. Li Yi Feng has proven he has the chops and experience to deliver.
