More than a month ago, the Combined True or False Quiz featured questions that reviewed Korean, Chinese, Thai and Spanish. It was a bit trickier than some of our other language-learning challenges, but we knew you could do it!

Here are the answers to those questions:

  • The first question is True. In Episode 6 of the Korean drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love,” when Jae Yeol (played by Jo In Sung) is driving with Gang Woo (played by EXO’s D.O.) and says,  “진짜 매력 있거든” (“Jin jja mae ryuk it guh deun”), it translates to “She is really full of charms.”
  • The second question is True. In Episode 3 of the Chinese drama “One and A Half Summer,” when Hao (played by 2PM’s Nichkhun) reminisces about a past time in Greece with Luo Man (played by Xu Lu) and shared, “这里是我爸妈度蜜月的地方” (“Zhe shi wo ba ma du mi yue de di fang”), it translates to “This is where my parents went for their honeymoon.”
  • The third question is False. In the movie “Siyama: Village of Warriors,” when Ana (played by Thitima Maliwan) comments, “มันตั้งสองร้อยปีกว่ามาเเล้ว” (“Mun thung song roi bee gwa mar laew”) about a past historical era to Gift (played by Nattanun Jantarawetch), it should translate to “It was over 200 years ago.”
  • The fourth question is False. In Episode 1 of “My Sweet, Fat Valentina,” when Valentina (played by Natalia Streignard) is called over by her friends to watch her and Orestes (played by Juan Pablo Raba) says, “Un beso para ti, mi amor” (“Un be-so pa-ra ti, mi a-mor”), it should translate to “A kiss for you, my love.”
Hope you got them all correct!
